We plant a tree for every fabric order received via our website! This month we have chosen to again give our support to a reforestation project in Haiti. This project group focuses on community development - its goals are to help establish farmer cooperatives and rural farm businesses, with a strong focus on empowering women. By planting trees and helping to teach proper environmental practices, Haitian farmers will be able to grow more food, combat climate change, and lift themselves out of poverty.
This brings the Rubyjam Fabric Tree Planting Total up to 2572.
